CHESHIRE REFRIGERATION LIMITED

The Authority wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Maintenance. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (the Regulations). The Authority is procuring the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and Other Contracting Bodies (OCB). This means that OCBs referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement. Prior to commencing formal evaluation, Tender Responses will be checked to ensure they are fully compliant with the conditions of Tender and meet the mandatory elements contained within the documents. Non-compliant Tender Responses may be rejected by the Authority. Tender Responses which are deemed by the Authority to be fully compliant will proceed to evaluation. This Framework Agreement is being procured on behalf of members of NWUPC and NEUPC and will commence on 1.6.2012 for an initial period of 2 years until 31.5.2014. Consideration will be given to extending the Agreement for a further 2 x 1 year periods until 31.5.2015 or 31.5.2016, subject to satisfactory performance and the agreement of both parties.
